Newsletter for clients

Our objective is to build a thriving community of facilitators, a type of returning clients, by creating a newsletter that engages them and helps them stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Through this newsletter, we aim to foster a sense of belonging and inspire facilitators to share their experiences and stories.

Around 700 facilitators who are one type of our existing clients.

  • Initiated an interview series called "Around the World" in every edition of the newsletter, inviting facilitators to share their experiences and market trends in the regions they facilitate in.

  • Collaborated with cross-teams to identify valuable assets for facilitators and worked closely with the product team to share relevant news and Q&As.

  • Conducted research on personas' needs and built audience segmentation to tailor content to different types of facilitators.
  • Created a loyal readership with consistently high open rates(35%) and click-through rates (8%).

  • Created a space and community for facilitators to continue engaging with us and for us to learn from.

  • Received positive feedback from clients who found the newsletter insightful.

  • Gave our products exposure to clients in a non-salesy way, helping to build trust and interest in our offerings.

Creating this newsletter was an inspiring experience for me as it allowed me to connect directly with clients and listen to their stories. I found it fulfilling to share insights with the community and leverage technology as a medium for communication.
